Change ticket owner
At Holika Festival entry, the name on the ticket must match the person attending.
If, for any reason, someone arrives with a ticket that is not in their name, a name change will be required.
This change can only be made by the original ticket purchaser, and the system will send the updated ticket to the email address used for the original purchase.
2 – Tickets eligible for name change:

VIP Pass
-
Day Ticket (02, 03, or 04)
3 – The cost of the name change is €10.00 per attendee.
4 – Please complete ALL fields correctly in the name change form.
If our system or access staff detects any fraudulent or mismatched information, entry may be denied.
5 – The purchase identifier in our system is the email address used to complete the purchase.
The updated ticket will be sent to that same email address.
6 – After confirming payment, you will receive an email with the updated ticket.

Changing process
STEP 1: LOGIN INTO YOUR TIXXLAB ACCOUNT
Log in to your Tixxlab account used to purchase your ticket www.tixxlab.com/loginRegister
STEP 2: SELECT YOUR TICKET
Select the ticket you want to change the information, download the ticket to check if is the ticket you want to change.
STEP 3: CLICK THE BUTTON
Click the "cambio de nombre" button.
STEP 4: INTRODUCE THE NEW ASISTANT INFORMATION
STEP 5: PAYMENT 10€
You must pay imediately. Otherwise, your order will be canceled and your tickets will go back on sale.
Check in advance if the spending limit of your credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments. If not, please contact your bank. Failed payments will not be reprocessed, tickets will be offered for sale to the person next in line.
STEP 6: CONFIRMATION
After payment, you will see a confirmation web for your order.
