Change ticket owner
At Holika Festival entry, the name on the ticket must match the person attending.
If, for any reason, someone arrives with a ticket that is not in their name, a name change will be required.
This change can only be made by the original ticket purchaser, and the system will send the updated ticket to the email address used for the original purchase.

3 – The cost of the name change is €10.00 per attendee.

Changing process
STEP 1: FILL IN THE NAME CHANGE AUTHORIZATION FORM
The ticket buyer must fill in the name change authorization form. You can download it using the button below.
STEP 2: GO TO THE BOX OFFICE – INCIDENTS DESK (from June 30 onwards)
Go to the box office or incidents desk. There will be an incidents desk at each festival entrance.
STEP 3: REQUIRED TO MAKE THE CHANGE
At the box office, you must present:
The name change authorization form.
The ticket for which you want to change the name.
The wristband received, if the buyer has already received the wristband.
STEP 4: NAME CHANGE FEE – €10
Once we have checked that the documents provided are correct, we will charge €10 for each ticket whose name is changed.
IMPORTANT
The ticket presented must not have been previously validated. If the ticket has already been validated, the name change cannot be made.
If the ticket is linked to a wristband that is already inside the venue, the name change cannot be made.
Resale
Rebel Tickets is the only authorized Fan-to-Fan resale platform where you can officially buy or sell tickets. Holika Festival and Rebel Tickets have partnered to ensure secure transactions between users and guarantee access to the festival. If you purchase your ticket on other unauthorized resale platforms, the event will not be responsible for them.
