REST AREA RGULATION

Arcadia is the Holika Festival rest area. It is a space reserved for rest and enjoyment, always based on coexistence and respect. With patience and collaboration, everything will run smoothly thanks to the team of professionals who will take care of it. From the organization and the working team, we will develop services and platforms so that everything works perfectly.

To clarify, Arcadia includes the entire rest area. This space is divided into:

Free Camping Area: Arcadia Gardens
Glamping Area: Arcadia Village
Camper Area: Arcadia Statio

To avoid any problems and ensure that the event can take place in the rest area, some essential rules must be followed. Holika is made up of the holikers, and this dream is getting bigger every time. Help us by following the rules so that the seventh edition of the Holika rest area is a success.

GENERAL RULES

Roads, evacuation routes and emergency exits must remain completely clear for the passage of people and vehicles.
Anyone accessing the rest area is required to respect coexistence and not disturb the rest of others.
Anyone who does not behave according to normal rules of coexistence will be automatically expelled from the rest area and denied access to the other areas of the Festival.
The organization will keep all common areas clean during the festival.
All users must keep their space in the rest area clean and hygienic out of respect for the community.
Use the recycling points and containers to dispose of waste.
The Holika rest area will have lockers, mobile phone charging points and wristband top-up points.
Failure to comply with any of the points in these regulations will be grounds for expulsion, which may even be immediate. In the event of expulsion, the ticket price will not be refunded.

RULES FOR THE FREE CAMPING AREA

Free camping is only allowed with tents.
Attendees must follow the staff’s instructions to occupy the space with their tent.
The use of tents with a larger capacity than the number of occupants is not allowed. For example, a 4–6 person tent may not be set up if it is only going to be used by two or three people.
The Holika free camping area will be occupied on a first-come, first-served basis until full capacity is reached, in an orderly manner. We recommend arriving as early as possible to avoid crowds.
The maximum number of people allowed in one tent is 10.
If two or more groups of friends want to camp next to each other, they must inform the accommodation staff once they are inside the rest area and before setting up their tents.
The size of the tent must match the number of occupants who are going to camp in it. For this reason, the right of admission may be used if the lack of occupants in a tent is excessive.
Areas near your tent cannot be reserved. Therefore, if two or more groups want to stay together, they must enter the site at the same time. Staff may instruct any camper to occupy an area that was improperly reserved by other campers.
It is not permitted to set up your tent in evacuation corridors.

RULES FOR THE GLAMPING AREA

Attendees must follow the staff’s instructions to occupy the accommodation purchased.
Personal tents may not be set up in this area.
To access this area, each attendee who wishes to enter must purchase the “Arcadia Access” add-on.

RULES FOR THE CAMPER AREA

You may only park your motorhome or van in this area designated for that purpose.
Personal tents may not be set up in this area.
Attendees must follow the staff’s instructions to occupy the assigned parking space.
The Holika camper area will be occupied on a first-come, first-served basis until full capacity is reached, in an orderly manner. We recommend arriving as early as possible to avoid crowds.
To access this area, each attendee who wishes to enter must purchase the “Arcadia Access” add-on.

WHAT THE “ARCADIA ACCESS” ADD-ON INCLUDES

It includes access to the Arcadia rest area and to the common area where the food area, toilets, showers, etc. will be located.
It does NOT include access to the concert venue.
It does NOT include any type of tent or sleeping bag.
If you have purchased a glamping tent or camper ticket, this add-on gives you additional access to the glamping area or camper area respectively.
This add-on is mandatory for anyone who wants to access any of the areas that make up Arcadia.

WHAT THE “DELUXE 1P TENT” INCLUDES

This tent will be set up in the glamping area, inside Arcadia. Purchasing it represents the reservation of a pre-assembled tent in the main camping area.
Includes one tent, 2.35 m x 2.35 m, for a maximum of 1 person, a lantern, a padlock and a 10 cm high mattress.
Includes access to exclusive toilets and showers in the glamping area.
Does NOT include access to the Arcadia rest area. To access it, the “Arcadia Access” add-on must be linked to each ticket for each tent occupant. More information at:

WHAT THE “EASY 2P TENT” INCLUDES

This tent will be set up in the glamping area, inside Arcadia. Purchasing it represents the reservation of a pre-assembled tent in the main camping area.
Includes one tent, 2.35 m x 2.35 m, for a maximum of 2 people, a lantern and a padlock.
Includes access to exclusive toilets and showers in the glamping area.
Does NOT include access to the Arcadia rest area. To access it, the “Arcadia Access” add-on must be linked to each ticket for each tent occupant. More information at:

WHAT THE “DELUXE 2P TENT” INCLUDES

This tent will be set up in the glamping area, inside Arcadia. Purchasing it represents the reservation of a pre-assembled tent in the main camping area.
Includes one tent, 2.35 m x 2.35 m, for a maximum of 2 people, a lantern, a padlock, two 10 cm high mattresses and 2 complete bedding sets.
Includes access to exclusive toilets and showers in the glamping area.

WHAT THE “TRICLINIUM 2P MODULE” INCLUDES

This prefabricated module, a construction cabin, will be installed in the glamping area, inside Arcadia. Purchasing it represents the reservation of a pre-assembled module in the main glamping area.
Includes a 16 m² prefabricated module for a maximum of 2 people, a lantern, a door key, 2 beds and 2 bedding sets, air conditioning and power outlets inside the module.
Includes access to exclusive toilets and showers in the glamping area.

WHAT THE “DOMUS AUREAS 2P BUNGALOW” INCLUDES

This bungalow will be installed in the glamping area, inside Arcadia. Purchasing it represents the reservation of a pre-assembled bungalow in the main glamping area.
Includes a 45 m² bungalow for a maximum of 2 people, a lantern, a door key, double bed, bedding set, air conditioning, power outlets, bathroom and shower inside the bungalow.

WHAT THE “PALMYRA 4P TENT” INCLUDES

This tent will be set up in the glamping area, inside Arcadia. Purchasing it represents the reservation of a pre-assembled tent in the main camping area.
Includes one tent, 5 m in diameter, for a maximum of 4 people, a lantern, a padlock, four 10 cm high mattresses, bedding sets, a bedside table and a chair.

WHAT THE “MIRAGE 4P MODULE” INCLUDES

This prefabricated module, a construction cabin, will be installed in the glamping area, inside Arcadia. Purchasing it represents the reservation of a pre-assembled module in the main glamping area.
Includes a 20 m² prefabricated module for a maximum of 4 people, a lantern, a door key, 2 bunk beds and 4 bedding sets, air conditioning and power outlets inside the module.
Includes access to exclusive toilets and showers in the glamping area.

WHAT THE “DOMUS AUREAS 4P BUNGALOW” INCLUDES

This bungalow will be installed in the glamping area, inside Arcadia. Purchasing it represents the reservation of a pre-assembled bungalow in the main glamping area.
Includes a 45 m² bungalow for a maximum of 4 people, a lantern, a door key, 1 double bed plus 2 single beds or 2 double beds, bedding sets, air conditioning, power outlets, bathroom and shower inside the bungalow.

WHAT THE “PHARAOH 8P LODGE” INCLUDES

This tent will be set up in the glamping area, inside Arcadia. Purchasing it represents the reservation of a pre-assembled tent in the main camping area.
Includes one tent, 8 m x 5 m, for a maximum of 8 people, a lantern, a padlock, eight 10 cm high mattresses, bedding sets, a bedside table and a chair.

PERMITTED ITEMS

You may bring chairs and a small table, provided they occupy the space that the organization staff assigns to you when you arrive.
Food and drinks in plastic containers are allowed.
Although Arcadia already has shaded areas, you may bring your own awning, but you may only set it up if that area does not already have one and if it is authorized by the organization staff, always following their instructions and respecting evacuation corridors, emergency exits and/or access to plots.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Access to the free camping area with vehicles or caravans is prohibited.
Gazebos, parasols, tarps, marquees or other elements that involve a horizontal or vertical extension of the tent space may not be set up.
Making fires and using camping gas in the rest area is prohibited for safety reasons.
The entry of animals, glass, metal items, closed bottles and utensils that may be considered dangerous by the organization is strictly prohibited.
Any type of unauthorized sale inside the camping area is prohibited.

AREAS

This year we will have 1 rest area called Arcadia, divided into 3 zones:
- Free Camping Area:
  - Located right next to the concert venue. It is the rest area closest to the festival and the one with the largest capacity for campers. This area will include a common barbecue area and mobile phone charging area, as well as toilets, showers and food trucks.
- Glamping Area:
  - This area is inside Arcadia, right next to the free camping area. It has exclusive toilets and showers. Attendees with access to this area may access the common barbecue and mobile phone charging area mentioned above.
- Camper Area:
  - This area is inside Arcadia but is separated from the other 2 areas for greater safety. It has toilets and showers. Attendees with access to this area may access the common barbecue and mobile phone charging area mentioned in point 1.

PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS

To access any of the 3 areas mentioned in the previous section, each attendee must purchase the “Arcadia Access” add-on.
The “Arcadia Access” add-on is automatically linked to a general pass, VIP pass or 1-day ticket.
When purchasing a GLAMPING tent or CAMPER TICKET, it is necessary to purchase the “Arcadia Access” add-on.

DATES AND TIMES

The stay in the rest area runs from July 1 to July 5, 2026.
Access will mainly take place on July 1, approximately from 09:00 in the morning, to ensure an orderly entry and give campers enough time to set up correctly.
Access is not exclusive to July 1; entry will also be possible on any day between July 1 and July 4.
All users of the rest areas must have left Arcadia before 14:00 on July 5, 2026.

MINORS

The same minors policy applies as in the concert venue: consult the regulations.

PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY

People with reduced mobility must fill out the PRM Form so that assistance staff can take the attendee into account during access and their stay.
For a better stay, we recommend the following accommodations for people with reduced mobility:
- The “Domus Aureas 2P” or “Domus Aureas 4P” bungalow.
- The “Triclinium Suite 2P” or “Mirage Suite 4P” module.
- The “Palmyra Tent 4P” or “Pharaoh Tent 8P” tent.
These accommodations are spacious and open-plan, allowing wheelchair access.
A contact phone number for assistance from camping staff may also be requested if necessary. This information will be provided on-site if requested by the person with reduced mobility.

PASSES AND TICKETS

It is not necessary to make name changes to the “Arcadia Access” add-on, nor can it be transferred to another ticket.
Name changes are not possible for glamping tickets or camper tickets.

OTHER INFORMATION

The rest area will have 24-hour security, although the promoter is not responsible for the theft or loss of objects in the music venue or rest area.
There will be a 24-hour medical assistance area.
The cleaning service will work 24 hours a day to ensure proper cleaning of the common areas.
Evacuation route maps, emergency exit locations, assembly points in case of emergency and safe outdoor areas will be displayed on the main façade of the camping organization booths and at the entrance to the site.
We recommend using lockers to store valuables. For your peace of mind and the safety of your belongings, deposit cash or valuables in this space.
The public may be searched at the entrance to the site in order to prevent unauthorized objects and narcotic substances from entering.
The purchaser of any rest area ticket accepts that they may be searched, in accordance with the guidelines of the Public Entertainment and Safety Law.
Some services, such as power bank rental, lockers and others, will be paid services. The promoter reserves the right to modify, add or remove any of these services for organizational reasons.

Failure to comply with any of the points in these regulations will be grounds for expulsion, which may even be immediate. In the event of expulsion, the ticket price will not be refunded.
