REST AREA RGULATION
The Holika festival campsite is a space reserved for rest and enjoyment, always grounded in coexistence and respect. With patience and cooperation, the Holika campsite will run smoothly thanks to the team of professionals in charge. From the organization, our staff will develop services and systems so everything works perfectly.
To avoid any issues and ensure the event can take place in the rest area, the following essential rules must be followed. Holika is made by Holikers, and this dream grows bigger every year. Help us by following the rules so the third edition of the Holika rest area is a success.
General rules
-
Camping is only allowed with tents.
-
Attendees must follow staff instructions when occupying space in the rest area.

Roads, evacuation routes, and emergency exits must remain completely clear for the passage of people and vehicles.
-
Anyone entering the rest area is obliged to respect others and not disturb their rest. See the “Decalogue of Sexual Freedom and Respect” for more information.

Anyone who fails to comply with basic coexistence rules will be immediately expelled from the rest area and denied access to the rest of the Festival.
-
The organization will keep all common areas clean throughout the festival.
-
All users must keep their own space hygienic and sanitary out of respect for the community.

Use recycling points and bins to dispose of waste.

-
Food and drink in plastic containers are allowed.
-
Although the campsite has shaded areas, you may bring your own canopy/awning, but you may only install it if that area lacks shade and only with staff authorization, always following their instructions and respecting evacuation corridors, emergency exits, and/or access to plots.
Prohibited items
-
Access to the campsite with vehicles or caravans is prohibited.
-
You may not set up gazebos, umbrellas, tarps, marquees, or other elements that extend your tent’s footprint horizontally or vertically.
-
No fires and no camping gas are allowed in the rest area for safety reasons.

The entrance of animals, glass, metal objects, sealed bottles, and any utensils considered dangerous by the organization is strictly prohibited.

Any kind of unauthorized sale inside the campground is prohibited.
Tents and layout
-
The maximum number of people per tent is 10.
-
If two or more groups of friends want to camp next to each other, they must inform accommodation staff once inside the rest area and before pitching their tents.
-
The tent must be proportionate to the number of occupants. The right of admission may be applied if a tent is excessively under-occupied.
-
You cannot reserve empty space around your tent. If two or more groups want to be together, they must enter the site at the same time. Staff may instruct any camper to occupy space that was being improperly reserved by others.
-
Do not set up your tent in evacuation corridors.
Zones
This year there are two separate rest areas:
-
Arcadia Zone: Located right in front of the Santuario del Carmen church. This area has been expanded and will include all usual services. It’s the closest rest area to the festival and has the largest capacity. Arcadia will include the two areas previously called Acadia and Traiana.
-
Glamping Zone: This year, Parque del Río Cidacos will be used exclusively for glamping, with all services available.
Each site is divided into two main areas:
-
Main rest area: where camping tents may be set up.
-
Common area: toilets, showers, café, food trucks, lockers, phone charging by power banks, and more.
You can locate each rest area on this map: Rest Areas – Holika 2025.
Purchase requirements
-
To access the rest area, you must purchase the “Rest Area” add-on or any Glamping tent.
-
Currently, the “Rest Area” add-on is automatically linked to a general pass, VIP pass, or 1-day ticket.
-
If you purchase a Glamping tent, you do not need to buy the “Rest Area” add-on, as it is included in the glamping ticket.
Dates and times
-
Stay in the rest area runs from June 25 to June 29, 2025.
-
Main access will be on June 25 from around 09:00, to ensure an orderly entry and give campers time to set up properly.
-
Access is not limited to June 25; entry is possible on any of the four days.
-
All users must leave the rest area before 14:00 on June 29, 2025.
Minors
-
The same minors’ policy as the concert venue applies. Please consult the policy.
PMR (Persons with Reduced Mobility)
-
People with reduced mobility must fill out the PMR Form so the assistance team can take their needs into account for access and stay.
-
We recommend booking the “Bell tent” in the glamping area, as it is spacious and open-plan.
-
A contact phone for campsite assistance can be requested if necessary (information provided on site if required by PMR users).
Passes and tickets
-
It is not necessary to change the name on the “Rest Area” add-on, nor can it be transferred between tickets.
-
Name changes are not possible on glamping tickets.
Specific Glamping rules
-
Glamping tickets are sold per tent. For example, if 8 people buy an Emperor tent, you only need one Emperor ticket, registered under the group leader’s details.
-
Only campers who have purchased a glamping ticket may access the glamping zone.
-
The four tent types will be set up in four separate sub-zones; e.g., a couple with a Deluxe tent cannot be placed next to a group with a Bell tent or Emperor tent, and vice versa.
-
All glamping users may access all four glamping sub-zones.
-
Only glamping tents may be set up in this area.
-
Breakfast times (for tents that include this service) will be announced closer to the festival and upon arrival at the site.
