The concert and activity schedules for Holika Festival will be published approximately three days before the start of the event, allowing attendees to plan their experience accurately and enjoy all the artists and stages they are most interested in. You will be able to check them directly on the festival’s official website or through Holika’s social media channels, where additional information about any changes will also be shared.
The festival will have an official parking area located near the venue, designed to facilitate access for attendees arriving by private vehicle.
Regarding the festival map, it will be published on the website a few days before the event. The map will show the location of all stages, rest areas, food and beverage areas, first aid services, charging points, and other facilities within the venue. Having access to the map will allow you to plan your route, locate areas of interest, and move comfortably and safely throughout the entire festival.
The festival operates exclusively with a cashless system, which means that neither cash nor bank cards will be accepted inside the venue. To make any purchase, such as food, drinks, or merchandise, you will need to use the cashless wristband, which will serve as the only official payment method.
No, there will be no lockers available inside the concert venue. For this reason, attendees are advised to bring only essential items and to review the list of permitted and prohibited items in advance.
The festival will have an official parking area available for the public, located near the venue to facilitate easy access and exit for attendees. This area will be properly signposted and managed by the festival team.
If you lose or find any item during the festival, you should go to the Information Point located inside the venue. Lost and found items will be managed there, and the festival staff will help you check whether your belonging has been located.
In order to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees, access to the festival venue with certain items that may pose a risk to the public, artists, or event staff will not be permitted.
Items that are expressly prohibited include:
• Sharp or dangerous objects that could cause harm or injury.
• Weapons of any kind, as well as replicas, imitations, or items that could cause confusion or alarm.
• Pyrotechnic or explosive materials, such as firecrackers, flares, or fireworks.
• Selfie sticks, tripods, or similar objects, as they may be dangerous in crowded areas.
It is permitted to enter the venue with personal cameras, provided that their use is strictly for private and non-professional purposes. Action cameras, such as GoPros or similar devices, are especially recommended due to their compact size and ease of use in crowded environments.
During the festival, enhanced mobile network coverage will be provided; however, it may be limited at certain times due to the high concentration of attendees within the venue.
Official festival merchandise will be available exclusively at the merchandising stand located inside the venue during the days of the event. At this space, attendees will be able to purchase official festival products while supplies last.
There will be no online sales or sales points outside the festival dates, so attendees are advised to make their purchases during their time at the venue.

The festival will offer vegan and vegetarian options available at the various food trucks located inside the venue. These food offerings are designed to provide alternatives tailored to different dietary preferences and needs, without compromising on variety and quality.
The specific menu availability may vary depending on the vendor, but all attendees following vegan or vegetarian diets will find suitable options during the days of the festival.
The festival has a specific accessibility plan designed to ensure that people with reduced mobility can enjoy the event under the best possible conditions.
The available facilities include:
• Elevated PRM platform, located in a strategic area of the venue with a clear view of the stage, designed to provide a comfortable and safe experience.
• Free access for one companion, essential to assist with support and mobility within the venue.
• Support staff available, offering assistance before and during the event to address any accessibility-related needs.
Requirements to Access PRM Facilities
To make use of these facilities, it is necessary to:
• Purchase a festival ticket in advance.
• Complete the PRM form, available through the event’s official channels.
• Contact the ticketing team by emailing entradas@burcor.net,(mailto:entradas@burcor.net) providing the required details and the type of assistance needed.
Please note that, for technical and safety reasons, certain areas of the venue are not accessible for PRM attendees, specifically the Ferris wheel and the VIP area.
