The festival map will be published several days before the event.
We will have the traditional cashless wristband payment system.

At the moment, we are not planning to provide lockers inside the concert venue.

The lost and found point will be located at the festival ticket office, where you can drop off any items you find inside the venue.
Found items can be claimed at the ticket office until the last day of the festival, and afterwards at the nearest police station.
ID cards and personal documents will be handed over directly to the nearest police station.
It is not allowed to bring blunt or harmful objects, selfie sticks, or any type of weapons or fake weapons.
Pyrotechnics or explosives are also strictly prohibited.
You are allowed to bring cameras, and we recommend action cameras such as GoPro.
Please note that the festival is not responsible for any damage to your devices.
This year at Holika, mobile coverage has improved — it’s limited, but functional.
Movistar and Orange provide their own repeaters, so their networks are usually stable. Other providers don’t bring repeaters, so their service tends to be slower.
Remember, enjoy the festival with your friends… and less WhatsApp!
There will be a stand where you can purchase exclusive Holika merchandise. It will only be available on-site during the festival, as it is not sold online or outside the event dates.

Please note that some areas, such as the ferris wheel and the vip zone, are not accessible for people with reduced mobility due to the lack of elevators.
