No-show insurance

If you purchased a non-attendance insurance policy along with your ticket and need to make an inquiry or start a process related to that insurance, you must contact the insurance company directly, as they are responsible for its management.

To do so, please email: ayuda@ingood.es

The insurance team will inform you of the steps to follow, the required documentation, and the deadlines for processing your request.
