Pre-Sale info

Presale prices will be available exclusively to users registered through the pre-registration form.

To access the presale, each registered person will receive an access link allowing them to purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction.

Pre-register before February 5, 2026, to gain access to the presale.

Sales dates:

  • February 5, 2026 – 12:00 CEST: Presale opens for pre-registered users.

  • February 8, 2026 – 12:00 CEST: General sale opens.

Purchase process

STEP 1: PRE-REGISTER

Get your access link by completing the pre-registration process. Click here to pre-register. Only users who have pre-registered will be able to access the presale.

Important: The presale access link will be sent on February 5.

STEP 2: VIRTUAL QUEUE

If demand is high on the presale day, a virtual queue will be activated to ensure the system runs smoothly. Please remember that once you enter the virtual queue, do not refresh or close the page, as you may lose your place in line.

STEP 3: TICKET PRE-SALE

Select all the tickets you wish to purchase. Please note that you may only buy a maximum of 10 tickets per ticket type.

Review the different ticket types before completing the purchase to make sure you select the correct option.

STEP 4: PERSONAL DETAILS

At this step, you will be asked to provide the personal details of each attendee.
The following information will be required:

- Full name

- ID / Passport number

- Email

- Phone number

- Date of birth

- Postal code

- Gender

Below each attendee’s form, you will have the option to select the optional home delivery of the wristband to that attendee’s address. You must select this option individually for each attendee. For the 2026 edition, wristbands will not be shipped to attendees’ homes by default.

STEP 5: PAYMENT

You must pay your ticket immediately. Otherwise, your order will be canceled and your tickets will go back on sale. 


Check in advance if the spending limit of your credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments. If not, please contact your bank. Failed payments will not be reprocessed, tickets will be offered for sale to the person next in line. 

STEP 6: CONFIRMATION EMAIL

After payment, you will receive a confirmation email for your order.
In this confirmation email, you can find your order number and tickets. Save this email until the end of the festival.  

Through this email, you will be able to manage your ticket, add add-ons in the future, and change the name on your tickets.

STEP 7: COLLECT YOUR WRISTBAND AT THE PICK-UP OFFICE

Stay tuned to this website, as we will update the information and opening hours of the wristband pick-up office.

We recommend collecting your wristband on May 30. This way, even if there are queues that day, you will not have any issues accessing the shows on the following days.
