Las siguientes fórmulas forman parte de los Paquetes de Hospitalidad:

Paquetes de Negocios (solo disponibles para empresas)
Paquetes Exclusivos (Mesas y Boxes con servicio de botella)
Mansiones (alojamiento de lujo)

Se requiere un mínimo de 10 invitados para todos los Paquetes de Hospitalidad.

Purchase process

STEP 1: OBTAIN YOUR CODE

Get you access code clicking here, only attendees who participated in any edition can get his password.

STEP 2: VIRTUAL QUEUE

If demand is high on the presale day, a virtual queue will be activated to ensure the system runs smoothly. Please remember that once you join the virtual queue, you will still need to enter your access code.

STEP 3: TICKET & PACKAGES PRE-SALE

Select all the tickets or packages you wish to purchase. Please note that you may only buy a maximum of 6 tickets or 1 package.

Please review the different ticket types before the sale begins to ensure you choose the correct ticket or package.

STEP 4: PERSONAL DETAILS

At this step, you will be asked to provide the personal details of each attendee.
The following information will be required:

- Full name

- ID / Passport number

- Email

- Phone number

- Date of birth

- Postal code

- Gender

Below each attendee’s form, you will have the option to select the optional home delivery of the wristband to that attendee’s address. You must select this option individually for each attendee. For the 2026 edition, wristbands will not be shipped to attendees’ homes by default.

STEP 5: PAYMENT

You must pay your ticket immediately. Otherwise, your order will be canceled and your tickets will go back on sale.

Check in advance if the spending limit of your credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments. If not, please contact your bank. Failed payments will not be reprocessed, tickets will be offered for sale to the person next in line.

STEP 6: CONFIRMATION EMAIL

After payment, you will receive a confirmation email for your order.
In this confirmation email, you can find your order number and tickets. Save this email until the end of the festival.

STEP 7: COLLECT YOUR WRISTBAND AT THE PICK-UP OFFICE

Stay tuned to this website, as we will update the information and opening hours of the wristband pick-up office.

We recommend collecting your wristband on May 30. This way, even if there are queues that day, you will not have any issues accessing the shows on the following days.

STEP 8: ENJOY HOLIKA

Important:

If you would like to have access to Arcadia, you must order one of the Arcadia Packages. All Packages always include a Eternal Pass or a Eternal VIP Pass. It is not possible to buy Arcadia accommodations separately.
